My brother (Todd) has motivated me to start posting again. Checking the history for the site, I have noticed that, even without new posts, many people still check out the site.
My personal goal is to post every Wednesday. It would be great if others would volunteer to help with posting. I am willing to share authorship of this blog. Contact me. kurteeck@gmail.com.
To restart - a picture from a Conclave.
I really need JC to help with the names (or Kay Trick, she is the person who found this photo).
First Row - Mike Meckley, Chris Evans, Mr. Meckley (John), Alan Franz, John Meckley, and me (Kurt Eck).
Second Row - Dick Dingle, Brian Zimmerman, Eric Heberlig, (I don't remember-help out), Dan Daneker, Steve Giest, and Glenn Bunce.
Third Row - (I don't remember-help out), Ron Balchunas (sp), (I don't remember-help out), Russ Klugston (maybe), Kurt Evans, Ray Dirk, and Jim Berkebile.
Please comment back with any info. I don't know the year. My best guess would be 1982 or 83 at Camp Lavigne.

Is the 3rd from left in the back row Sean (or Shawn) Schmidt?
Kurt - 1886 is a much better time frame - young John Meckley was not on staff in 82 & 83. - Dan D.
ReplyDeleteNot 86. I was Brotherhood in 83 and Vigil in 85 (I think). Looking at the characters, I think it was the year that Zim, Alan, Kurt and myself did the flaming hoop dance. But I don't remember what year that was. I bet it was the 85 conclave.

Kurt! Just found the site...awesome! It's me- Russ Clugston...spelling was close enough..lol. The guy to the right of Dan D. is Eric Marts.The guy behind Dick is Jeff Murray.
